I did a lot of looking for a vet. This place is AMAZING! Nice & clean facility, professional & kind staff. They are quick and answer all my questions. They also figured out what was wrong with my boy when we couldn't and he was back to 100% after his medications!

We were new to this office. We were able to get appointments in a timely manner. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Franks was wonderful and did not rush us. She took the time to answer questions. Wonderful experience!

I’ve been using this vet for over 20 years. I had always had great experiences for many cats and dogs. This one destroyed all of that… I have been caring for my cat diagnosed with a chronic illness almost 9 years ago. I was told there was no cure only prolonging the inevitable and giving him quality of life in the meantime. Noticing a sharp decline I scheduled an appointment. When getting him ready to leave I noticed he had gotten stressed causing him to lose breath so I came in 30 minutes early just in case. I wanted a vets opinion on if I could From the first moment a tech walked in to the time I left with my dead cat was about 30 minutes. In that time my cat was dropped on the ground in front of me causing his breathing to worsen. I was then scolded and yelled at for ‘waiting three days when he couldn’t breathe’ a symptom that had developed only that morning when I immediately got in the car. I was also told multiple times that they were short staffed and ‘not equipped to deal with his issue right now’. I never got a name of anyone I saw, was informed my cat was dead and asked if I wanted him back, and asked for the $50+ office visit for the 5 minutes my cat was in their care. I have another cat who requires medication twice daily and apparently I’ll do that but let this cat suffer. They had seen this cat multiple times in the last year and not made any comments on his very obvious condition which they had been made aware of upon diagnosis. Was made to feel like all my love and concern for my sweet boy had meant nothing… but you know, was reminded they were short staffed one more time on the way out the door.

We knew our dog was at his end. This place was kind and fast for the exam. My old pup did not have to suffer any longer thanks to them. Very passionate and kind!

They worked us in first thing and were extremely kind, attentive and gave us the medicine to fix the problem ! He was much better very soon after.
