From life saving medical attention to life ending euthanasia, and of course everything in between ~ we trust them from beginning to end. We love the staff and feel loved by them. They keep a tight ship & facility is always clean. Highly recommend with no hesitation.

We ❤️LOVE this clinic ! I drive 40 mins in traffic because they are so good at what they do. Shout out to Dr. Amber Williams for treating out fearful dog (other clinics said would always need to be sedated prior to treatment). Dr. Williams turned the situation around with her warmth, patience & creative approach. The last few times our pet has been treated w/ no sedation. Incredible progress. Just yesterday we saw Dr. Hines w/a different pet, she was amazing too. Nelly worked us in ASAP when we called to booked appt., she always goes above & beyond. I love this clinic ❤️, Knowledgeable staff that CARES, a winning combination. Just know you’re in good hands @ Russell Ridge Animal Hospital.

Very well staffed they were able to get us a same day appointment to take care of our sick girl. Everyone was very friendly, the facility is fantastic, Dr Hines was very thorough and personable through our apointment. We never once felt rushed and their prices are comparable to others in the area. I would absolutely recommend Russel Ridge Animal Hospital to anyone.

Great, compassionate front office, vet techs and vets. Dr. Yee is our preferred vet, and my dogs love him. But every vet we’ve seen has been compassionate and thorough. Vet techs are on another level from other clinics I’ve used. Front office kind, competent and professional. Technology they use makes things efficient and easy - you’re not waiting forever for folders, records and paperwork to be found, handed off or reinterpreted because it was hard to read. They also have great hours. L❤️Ve THEM!

I would like to tell you that if you are looking for a Vet, look no further this guys are amazing they have been taking care of me and my Dog, Nene since he was just weeks old and I don't regret it one bit. They are friendly and compassionate even when I had to put my older dog down during a pandemic the staff was very professional and compassionate. Vets have to make money people that complain that vets are expensive, think twice! vets are doctors too! love Russell Ridge!
