My dog became lethargic, when I called they originally had no openings. When I explained the situation, they got my dog in that day. Vet Sumner diagnosed bandit with diabetes. Bandit had to stay 2 nights but they got it under control so he could come back home. He did an amazing job, my bub is back home and thriving. I hope his follow up appointment is just as good. I would definitely recommend this vet office. Even the ladies running the front were super sweet. They helped calm down my daughter by telling her about Fred the cat.

Best vet in all of North Georgia! My wife and I have been taking our pups here for years and we cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. If you are looking for a vet that truly cares about the well being of your animals then you have found it here. The staffing here is the best. 10 out of 10 every time.

Very unsatisfied with this facility. I called to request a flee pill for my dog and because he hadn't been seen in 2 years they denied it without an appointment. I tried making an appointment at which time I was told it would be several weeks due to only one having one vet. I then tried to purchase online and was denied because of Villanow animal clinic. Apparently, they contacted them and were told my dog needed to be seen. At this point wouldn't it be more important for my dog to have something for flees or would it be better if he just has them? I see animals abused and chained up and denied love & care but when a loving owner tries to do the right thing this is the outcome. I will never bring my dog to this place nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.

I personally had a terrible experience with Villanow Animal Clinic. I had been a loyal customer for 10 years my dog Jack saw Dr. Benson once a month for allergies. . Long story short he missed the fact that my dog had a tumor on his liver. I lost him on December 14th all he had to do was monitor his liver and his death could have been avoided. Very disappointed 😂😂😂

I love the staff here! The are very sweet and love the animals! Although my toy poodle doesn't like going lol they do everything possible to keep him calm and administer the yearly shots quickly in an effort to reduce stress. The vet is very patient and answered all of my questions. They serve domestic animals as well as larger farm animals. I highly recommend them!
