Dr. Ryan was amazing with our young puppy's surgery. They made her comfortable before and after surgery. There was someone by her side monitoring her the whole time. Judy was abandoned as a puppy and shy but loving. She gets nervous easily. From the moment she walked through the door she received so much love and attention that she didn't have time to be nervous. My husband and I interviewed vets to go Judy's surgery, I drove an hour and a half because of Dr. Ryan's experience in the industry and his commitment and dedication! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Ryan was absolutely amazing! My best friend’s dog needed emergency surgery, and when I called, Dr. Ryan himself answered the phone. I’ve never experienced that at any veterinary clinic before—it immediately showed how dedicated and caring he is. He was so personable, down-to-earth, and truly understood the heartbreak and stress we were going through. His knowledge and thoroughness gave us so much peace of mind during such a difficult time. The entire staff at Fairpets was equally kind, compassionate, and reassuring. They treated us and our pup with genuine care every step of the way. Our rescue had a dog needing immediate surgery. Dr Ryan Gaston is a truly an amazing surgeon. From the exam to sedation to surgery and recovery, he kept me updated and made us feel at ease.Dr Ryan was very confident and knowledgeable about this mass removal. Excellent follow up by Dr Gaston himself. Dr Gaston genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend.We cannot thank you enough !

I was referred to this hospital through a friend of a friend, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the recommendation. My pet needed hernia surgery, and I had originally been quoted a price elsewhere I genuinely could not afford. Here, not only was the cost reduced to less than a third of that price, but the quality of care far exceeded my expectations. The doctor and staff went above and beyond from the very first interaction. They were able to accommodate me the same day I called, which was such a relief. The doctor was knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring—treating me as if I were a longtime friend rather than a first-time patient. The staff was equally kind, attentive, and professional. The hospital itself is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable spaces to work if needed, along with complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee. During the surgery, the team kept me updated by phone, which provided great peace of mind. After the procedure, they spent generous time walking me through every detail of the medications and aftercare instructions, and even followed up the next day to check on my pet’s recovery. This was by far the best veterinary experience I have ever had—both in terms of care and affordability. We took my daughter’s dog Buster to FairPet when he had an intestinal blockage and needed surgery. They stayed open late waiting for us to get there and even had a welcome sign on the door for Buster!! Dr. Ryan Gaston was absolutely AMAZING and explained everything so well!! They were up front about the estimate and did everything they could to keep the price VERY reasonable!! They have called to check up on Buster several times after his surgery!! I am SO incredibly grateful for the care we received and would HIGHLY recommend FairPet to everyone I can.
