0 stars! I waited a month and a half for my vet surgery appointment for 2 dogs. I wait for an 1/2 hour for them to come tell me that my appointment was a week prior. I was absolutely sure of the date I was given when I made the appointment. They also promised a courtesy call which I never received. My puppy's suffered unnecessarily with no food and water prior to the arrival time. Then they tried to give me a new appointment 2 months later. I am livid! Wow, just wow! They can't get their scheduling what makes me think they can get anything right. I was an existing customer, now I'm looking for vet services elsewhere.

I have been taking my pets to see Dr. Thompson for many years and every visit is always a pleasant experience. She cares and loves animals, always calls personally should she find any medical problems and discuss treatment with you. The staff is great, they pamper and loves the animals. After and during treatment, she calls to check on your pet as well as the owner because both are important to her. I would recommend Countryside Vet to every pet owner even if you find a stray animal and want to have it examined. Whatever your pet needs, you can find it there. Very clean place.
