I picked up a 15 month old and immediately took it to PetVet. Luckily he was pretty well behaved (only peed inside twice). All of the staff were very nice and really knew their stuff! I learned a few things actually, and they were sure to help me get the supplies and medicine I needed for my new addition to the family. It's a pretty good drive for me Trion to Fort Oglethorpe (the area I picked up the dog was close), but I would make the drive to receive good service like that again.

Always fast and friendly service. My baby Nacho was treated with gentle care even though getting his nails trimmed is somewhat traumatic for him! They were patient and kind and put him at ease during the process! I highly recommend their service to anyone who’s pet is considered a family member!

The care and service for my 2 pets was great.... I gave 3 stars only because I stood at the desk over 25 minutes and not one person acknowledged my presence to ask what I needed or to let me know someone would be there soon. 3 ladies walked past me and not 1 word..... 25 minutes. Customer service needs a little updating but the care of my pet was great

The vet here is incompetent at best. She asks about what we feed every visit, followed by a recommendation to use Science Diet because "Its the only one with any science behind it. You can tell because its right there in the name." I was in for a visit with one of our dogs and overheard her tell a client that "Skin reactions are almost never food related. It must be something environmental." Next visit, my dog has a skin irritation and she says "It's almost definitely his food." Then tried to get me to buy the most expensive specialized food out there. Went back today with the same irritation and SHE REFUSED TREATMENT! With two dogs on their wellness plan and another puppy coming next week that we would have put on the puppy plan, its safe to say we won't ever be back in this place and will be cancelling the plans immediately. The assistant ladies have all been great here, but its a shame they have to learn from such a poor example. She actually raised her voice today and argued with my wife about not treating our dog. She needs to remember where she is and who she's talking to when she puts on that lab coat.
