Southern Trails is amazing. After having not so great Veterinarian experiences elsewhere, they were a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly patient with Carrie and did not push or break her boundaries. They worked at her pace and did their best to make her comfortable despite her stress. They were willing to work with me when it came to payment on her spay, and it was honestly the most affordable in this area. Very friendly and sweet Staff, I encourage you take your animals here. They even do Happy Visits to get your animals more comfortable with Vet Staffing! Lovely people, cannot recommend them enough!

We had a wonderful experience at this vet and I think we’ve found a new vet for our babies. I was able to get in for an urgent appointment the next morning using the online scheduling tool at 4am when my dog was pooping blood. It was such a relief that I didn’t have to wait until all of the local vets open and start calling to see who could take us last minute. The office staff was amazing and very hospitable! The vet Tech Harrison was so kind and calm… my dog loved him! The Vet himself took a lot of time with us and explained everything thoroughly! I appreciate that this Doctor listened, was non-judgmental, and even tried to save us money! He was knowledgeable and informative, and I truly feel he had my pet’s best interest in mind. Coming from Florida we had an amazing vet that we were very sad to leave(we have so many pets to worry about), but we are so happy that we found Southern Trails!

We needed a vet closer to our house since we were getting Zoey a puppy sibling and had noticed a newer office that had opened not far from us—we are so happy to have found Dr. Bain! If you need an awesome vet in a convenient location with the sweetest team and a beautiful office check them out! The entire team is so sweet and spends the time to be sure all our questions are answered and we have all the information on how to keep our fur babies the healthiest. Cosmo got a little bag at his first visit but Zoey pulled rank and took the 🎾 for herself, our doodles love their tennis balls!

I absolutely LOVE southern trails vet! I had an emergency with my dog and they were able to fit her in the same day and have her on the surgery schedule for the next morning! Dr. Bain and his team took excellent care of my baby girl and did a beautiful job with her surgery!! I couldn’t be happier and more thankful. The customer service there is top tier and nothing like I have ever experienced before, and service prices were affordable, even for an emergency. I have definitely found a “fur-ever” vet. They even took extra care to accommodate my sweet girl who is very anxious around new people and animals.

I just recently switched to Southern Trails Vet because our other vet was closed during the holidays. We had such a wonderful experience we decided to switch over to them permanently for our pets vet care. The office is clean, the staff is very welcoming , we never have to wait long to be seen and the vet spends a long time looking over our pet. I don’t feel rushed and the vet takes time to answer any questions I may have! I highly recommend Southern Trails vet. Melissa F (Sadie’s mom)☺️
