This place is amazing. We needed an emergency appointment and we were seen first thing the next morning. Dr Rogers is amazing, Vanessa and the other techs and staff are so loving towards my Drizzy. He LOVES going to the vet, we ended up joining and we have had 4 amazing visits.

I have been trying to find a vet I like ever since I moved to Atlanta. I finally found one here. My cat has had a major fear of the vet for the last several years, but here, he was totally chill. I'm talking full on loaf, no hiding in his carrier the whole time. Our last few appointments were at a cat only vet and they didn't do as good a job with my cat as Chewy. Dr. Rogers and Kat were patient and spent time with me. Gave me options and multiple opportunities to ask questions. My cat has a chronic condition and they were great about suggesting ways to manage it. The $9.99 membership makes me feel so much more comfortable about taking him in for minor symptoms because I know that the visit will be affordable. The receptionist was wonderful when I called to make the appointment. She scheduled me for the afternoon but said as soon as a doctor was available she would ask if they could work me in earlier since I thought my cat might be in crisis. She called back soon after and they worked me in as soon as I could get there. He got car sick as we pulled into the parking space and the receptionist brought us to the room and took the carrier to the back to clean and got every trace of vomit out, all with a smile and a cheerful attitude. My cat was able to stay with me the whole time, even for the blood draw. I think that's one of the reasons he was so much calmer than usual. The vet and her assistant were patient with me and more importantly with my cat. They wanted him to feel comfortable, too. I fed him treats while they worked on him. They made me feel like we were a team working together to make him feel better. They use technology in a way that makes things easier and doesn't get in the way of the personal experience. They even took the time to make my cat, who is usually the bane of the vet practice, a little certificate for bravery. I thought we were just going to go to this vet once because my vet was closed today, but we are now Chewy clients for the foreseeable future.

An easy 5 stars, Dr. Hone & Dr. Rogers are both amazing, a week ago we visited for the first time, we got an appointment the same day, everyone was super friendly & patient with Phoenix. After a bad experience with Banfield, I’m always hesitant of where to take my dog because he has developed reactivity toward vets & does not like being touched, luckily the staff here was able to work with us. Today we had our second appointment, it all went very smooth, this time I did bring Phoenix already muzzled so it could be less stressful, again the staff was super friendly & patient . There’s no doubt that we will be back. Thanks to all the staff for your kindness & patience.

I am beyond impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making both Charley and myself feel comfortable. Dr. Hone, Vanessa and the team took the time to thoroughly explain every procedure and answer all of my questions with patience and kindness. It was clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and their expertise was evident throughout the visit. The facilities were clean, well-organized, goodies and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me confidence that Charley was in good hands. The follow-up care instructions were clear and helpful, and I appreciated the prompt responses to my post-visit queries. Overall, Chewy Vet exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for the exceptional service we received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care for their beloved pets. If you frequent their website and enjoy it, you’ll enjoy this clinic. The care and attentiveness Charley received I wish could transcend to human healthcare. Update: He had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Rogers since this review and she’s absolutely great!!!
