My dog, Lucy, and I absolutely adore Dr. Hill and all of the staff at this location. Dr. Hill has a great bedside manner and always shows so much love and care to Lucy! From check-in to check-out, all of the people we interact with on staff are so thorough, kind, and caring. I also like this location because I can usually get same-day or next-day appointments more easily than other Banfield locations nearby. Basically, Dr. Hill is a gem and I highly recommend her!

Update: turns out their unprofessional vet prescribed the WRONG DOSAGE for my puppy. Causing her to become even more ill and nearly hospitalized! Then we came for the second time, they didn’t event test for anything and wanted to continue the medication for another week! Thank god I didn’t agree!!! Worst experience as a new dog owner with the clinic. My poor puppy didn’t get treated properly. They refuse to take responsibility. They waste your time, don’t explain anything and think you can understand medical terms when you’re a brand new dog owner. completely botched my puppy’s treatment. They will never touch my dog again and I suggest you stay away too!

My Frenchy kept doing a behavior where she needed to scratch her tail. I bought her to Banfield three times and I even videoed this behavior. They never did anything. I bought her to a doctor in the country a vet in the country, the vet told me I need to clean her tail. I need to clean her tail daily. I did not know that Banfield did nothing. My Frenchie is very comfortable now and I clean her tail daily

Dr. Mary Pat Hill is amazing! I came to her based on a referral from a veterinarian friend of mine in the industry as I needed some integrative advice for my GERD/megaesophagus pittie mix and to bring in our newest rescue Dobie for x-rays for potential DCM. She took lots of time talking with us and was able to answer SO many questions I had. The clinic was fantastic and the front staff and techs were exceptional. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff are very friendly. They're good at reassuring you things will be ok. Doctor knowledgeable and took time to explain all details of diagnosis. Doctor was patient to answer questions. Practicing good Covid guidelines with distancing and cleaning. Staff takes good interest and care of pet.
