I am not from Douglas so finding Dr. Carter has been a godsend. His staff is soooo personable, as well as the doctor himself and I’ve had nothing BUT positive experiences there. Dr. Carter will get straight to the issue and suggest the best, most realistic treatment and he has never been wrong. He isn’t going to drag you along and his years of hands on experience is very valuable for people that are anxious over the care of their fur babies. You will definitely get treated with dignity and respect, therefore, they deserve the same. I personally appreciate their service and have been a customer since 2019.

I took my cat in for a routine neutering and 2 days later after pick up he was dieing at home so I rushed him back to Dr Carter and I had to leave him and that was fine but what I didn't expect was for my vet bill to be $770!!! They don't even know what was wrong with him but still charged me a car payment for him!! After I was told I would be helped with the bill!! I won't be a customer in the future.

Only heard great reviews haven’t used them yet, but I plan on using them for my cats. I have kittens and more kittens and more kittens! They started as strays. 🤷♀️

I'm about to switch Vets. Carter take too long to answer your call about 2 hrs to get someone on the phone.
