Fantastic customer service! Staff is amazing....you can tell everyone there loves what they do! Dr. Phillips takes her time, listens and we never feel rushed. She genuinely cares about each pet that comes through the door.

My dog had cancer he declined quickly and it was time to put him to sleep. After calling several vets offices, I could not get an appointment on such short notice. I called Madison Animal hospital and they fit me into their schedule. The veterinarian was very nice, and said she would always work in animals that are suffering and need euthanasia. As a pet owner, there is nothing more heartbreaking than to see your pet decline quickly, and not have anywhere to take them. They were very nice and sympathetic to my pain, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

This vet has been our Shelby’s doctor for years. She gets super excited and runs laps around us every time we tell her she’s going!! They always treat her as if she was one of their own and they are VERY good on pricing for any and all services!! If I could leave more stars I would !

Great place to bring your pets. The staff is fast, friendly and very professional. They've taken exceptional care of our 4 cats and 3 dogs from vaccines to boarding.

This is the reason I drive over an hour away for my pets vet. They treat your pets like their own. Can’t say enough great things about everyone at Madison Animal Hospital. The absolute sweetest vets and techs. Doc Phillips rocks!🐕🐶
