Thank you, Express Vets, for being so sweet & patient with us today. Our sweet dog Petey needed to see a doctor this morning unexpectedly & we called Express Vets where Dr. Jackson quickly worked us into her schedule. As soon as we arrived, Molly at the front desk checked us in & put us in a room. She was so sweet & showed empathy even in the midst of all my dog mama-anxiety! Lol. Once we got into the room, Amanda, the tech, came in to triage us & meet Petey. Amanda & Dr. Jackson were SO patient with me while I asked a series of worry-driven questions, reassuring us & thoroughly going over the treatment plan with us. I felt super confident walking away from the clinic knowing our fur baby was in good hands. I truly do not feel that any of the sweet staff members there would do anything not in your best interest. 10/10 Recommend!

Dr. Jackson demonstrated an extraordinary level of compassion, expertise, and support when I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my dog down. Great experience with our beagle. Was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and brought into the exam room. Tech was kind, pleasant and listened to what we needed. Vet was in the room in a timely manner, provided a good wellness exam on our dog, and made a few suggestions re: ear problems and shedding (common with beagles) Bill was much less than at a full service vet, and we got everything that we needed. They do not carry Heartgard/Nexgard but will happily call it into Chewy when we need a re-order from our last Rx.

Everyone was very helpful from the moment i walked in. They were very informative and quickly helped me and my baby Sugar to make her very comfortable as this was her first time getting shots. Everyone was so friendly and the place is very clean and well ran. Thank you Express Vet for your diligence and care for my girl!
