Everyone at the Oak Mountain location is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with kindness and took the time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions. The vet techs were incredibly patient and gentle—not just with my fur baby, Ken, who was very nervous, but with me as well. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lang, and I can’t say enough good things about him. His calm, reassuring presence immediately put both Ken and me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the visit, which helped alleviate any anxiety I was feeling. It’s clear that this entire team genuinely cares about the animals and the people who love them. Thank you all for the care, compassion, and professionalism you bring to your work—it truly shows. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary team.

The place where I used to board my dog had closed due to being short on staffing so I was recommended coming here and I'm glad I did. There were so nice to my dog Buddy and even gave him a bath right before I picked him up. I called there every day while I was gone to see how he was doing, and they were so nice on the phone telling me how he was doing. I felt very comfortable leaving him there. Thanks guys!!!!

Dr Lang was exceptional with our little 9 yr old chi, Blu. We found the office and exam rooms to be very well maintained and clean. The office staff were all very nice and patient with us through our entire visit. We feel confident in the diagnosis given, and one thing that I loved most is that Dr. Lang was not rushed. He spent ample time with us, answering our questions and explaining how to administer eardrops for her ear issue. Overall, we are very pleased with the care Blu received from this clinic, Dr. Lang and staff, Thank you for your kindness to us and our belived pet. Blu has a new doctor.
