We have brought several of our cats for checkups or health concerns and our fur balls are treated very well. You can tell that the people who work there love animals. We brought our new kitten recently and she settled down as did our older cat once they realized they were in a safe place. It doesn't hurt that they are less expensive than other options elsewhere.

Always friendly employees and very sweet to the animals. However, I had to wait over 20 minutes to pay yesterday. Not typical, but very frustrating as they were not atypically busy.

Well you can't bet getting lower prices here and it is convenient for us, since we have privileges on base. We still use the off base pet services in conjunction with Fort Gordon. We are glad they are here. The staff is always courteous, professional and easy to talk to about our pets health and treatments.

This is definitely a great place to go, BUT, if you’re pet needs stitches here, ensure they glue the opening as well as stitch it. The stitch job done on my dog after surgery was CLEARLY going to open up given the location of the wound and how little stitching was done for the length of the opening. 2 days later, we forked out another $200 to get him restitched. This time, they did a tighter stitch and glued the wound, which is what should’ve happened the first time.

This office has always been good to us. Just keep trying if you can't get through on the phone. It's annoying but manageable. Sometimes, there is only one person at the desk. Our senior dog just had his end of life care with Dr. Glass. He was very compassionate, as was the support staff. It's a very emotional time for us, but remember, they go through this probably every week, and they really did grieve alongside us. Be kind to your vet care workers.
