Summers Animal Hospital

Dr. Summer recently spayed my Bengal kitten. She did an amazing job and is extremely knowledgeable on all the various cat breeds. I was searching for the right vet to do this procedure for about 3 months. Everyone I found in Miami was sketch so I decided to drive to Pompano and it was WELL worth it! This practice is absolutely beautiful and clean with a super friendly staff! Olivia and Jonathan were also great at handling my cat. If you were a cat or a dog you would want to go here TRUST ME.

They are a wonderful friendly staff and veterinarians! I recommend them for anyone who wants their fur babies to be taken care of with professional and genuine care! They have become our little girls newly acquired Drs in the last year and a half. Since then they have needed care for various reasons, Summers Animal Hospital has been providing excellent services to them and they are comfortably happy with all medical issues met, treated and healed! I was impressed with the qualified and skilled staff.. everyone has been excellent in their positions!! Our girls are not the easiest to deal with(especially in the car..cats)and we are so close to the hospital so we decided to go there and it was a good experience. Our girls are very good with the vet and assistant which is amazing!! Thank you Summers for being awesome!

If I could leave a million stars I would. Dr. Summer and staff are absolutely amazing. Not only are they great, but the physical vet office is cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing than most human dr offices. Our rescue American staffy was always timid, but the staff here took such good care of her and always made her comfortable during visits. She had a bunch of typical bully breed allergies, and they were always able to get her healthy and calm her skin irritations. Unfortunately, last week the worst possible situation happened, and we brought our dog to Dr. Summer as soon as we could. Saying goodbye to a dog is never a fun situation, no matter if it’s expected or not. This establishment made sure our dog, Grace, passed over the rainbow bridge with ease and peace. They were professional, kind, and empathic. They made the process so special for us. Within a few days they provided us with our dogs ashes in a beautiful box, a foot print in clay, and a little patch of her fur. Yesterday I came home and received a sympathy card in the mail with the entire staff’s signatures. I have no words. I cried. Not because of the sadness, but because of how special they made me feel, and how they made me feel like Grace was the most important dog in the world. Thank you Dr. Summer and Staff! When we are ready for our next animal, we will be back. Until then I will recommend this place over and over again. We truly appreciate all of you! ❤️

Just got our Mini Bully pup, approx 3 weeks ago & needed a vet, so my former neighbor referred this place to us. I can't thank her enough because this place is all that! Every staff member that I've come in contact with is extremely nice, very knowledgeable & soooo professional! The facility is super clean & they treat your pet (in my case, my 3 mos old puppy) like their own!!! In my opinion, a little pricey but what do I know...I haven't had to do this vet thing in years... but with the service & treatment they give, it's well worth it!!! Thank you Summers!!!

Dr. Summers and the staff are amazing and compassionate people. I have been bringing my Toby boy for the past 1.5 years since I moved to Florida. I always received top level service and care. I had to put Toby to sleep last July, and Dr. Summers and all the girls were crying with me. A week later I received a card from Summers Animal Hospital signed by everyone! It warmed my heart! They mentioned they could see how much Toby and I loved each other. Thank you so much! Love you all!
