Extremely happy with the level of service we received from Petfolk Oviedo. Our Golden, Harley, had a severe infection brought on by a hot spot. Thankfully the team at Petfolk was open on Sunday, and was able to see us same day. They were able to diagnose and treat Harley quickly and efficiently, while also explaining everything to me throughout the process. Very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the staff, and Harley is already feeling much better! p.s. Sorry you had to stay a little after close, but we greatly appreciate the dedication!

I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Folk today! Dr. Guerrido and Cassandra took amazing care of my cat, Bella. They were so kind, prompt, and thorough, and I never once felt rushed — they truly took the time to make sure Bella was comfortable and that I understood everything. I also really appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment on the weekend, which made the whole process stress-free. I’m beyond thrilled with the care we received and highly recommend Pet Folk — especially Dr. Guerrido and Cassandra — to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive, and reliable veterinary care!

Since I entered I could perceive the cleanliness and peace of this place. It feels as if you were in another place instead of a veterinarian creating a safer place for our pets. The girls were very kind highlighting Dra. Kaitlyn and the Hailly girl (I'm not sure how to write her name). It is a highly recommended place which made my day better by managing to diagnose what my dog suffered. I thank you infinitely

Everything was as perfect as it could have been! I was greeted right away and waited maybe 2 minutes before Loki was seen.we were there for an ear infection . They were very transparent and explained everything clearly with each step of the process. We were met with compassion and honesty which helped Loki calm down a lot. His reaction to them when they were doing the exam gave me a feeling that I was in the right place. Loki immediately started feeling better when we got home. The doctor apologized when we walked in that they may be a little backed up….. but honestly if she never told me that, I would have never noticed lol The only downside was the pricing on the vaccines were a little higher, which is disappointing because we would love for them to handle everything 😔 but I understand the staff has absolutely nothing to do with the pricing so I still give it 5 stars hands down!

My dog Chewy had a wonderful experience here getting his dental procedure done. They were thorough in cleaning his teeth and removed the ones that were causing him pain. He likes all of the employees at this office and they take great care of him.
