I got a NON-COMPLIANCE VIOLATION NOTICE because the clinic didn’t register my pet’s tag or vaccine with the county. I just had to go through a hearing to prove that I vaccinated my pet on time. The Hearing Officer even advised me to avoid this clinic because they’ve had a lot of cases where pet owners ended up in similar situations due to the clinic not properly registering licenses. Save yourself the headache—this legal hassle was completely unnecessary, especially since I did everything right, but the clinic didn’t handle their end properly.

Although the technicians were great with my dog, this process is very unorganized. Petco would benefit from making this a comfortable experience for the pets and their owners. Perhaps giving some thought to the Petsmart model, which has private rooms where owners can wait with their pets. Standing around for 30 minutes while other customers keep walking by and making dogs more anxious as they get their vaccinations is not a good experience.

Walked in. Normally have to schedule appointment but they were able to get me in and out quickly and I made it to work on time. 🐾 🐶

Did not like the people. Disorganized. It was concerning to have so many dogs especially big dogs, some were aggressive, in close quarters.
