Beware! Highly upset and disappointed. My dog had an emergency and I called several vets to find an appointment. I called and left a voicemail and also sent a message via their contact us page. I went through their online appointment booking process and had to pay $1 via PayPal to schedule this. The following day was my appointment at 10am. I showed up to their location (a house since they are a mobile vet) and all of their gates were closed. I called 5 times and no one answers. Their voicemail is full and until today still no one has written back to me or called me. I could see the van from the outside so I know I was at the right location. Highly unprofessional and seemed like a scam. What a shame to be using St Francis in your company’s name and acting like this. Update to your response: I made an appointment for the following day. Not the same day. So it doesn’t matter if you are not an emergency clinic because the appointment was made the following day. You weren’t closed as your hours show you are open. Also I did receive a confirmation email confirming my appointment. So again this just further shows how unprofessional you are.
