I was recommended this clinic by my primary vet after one my cat Boris started experiencing eye issue, I cannot overstate how supremely impressed I was with my experience here. Everything was perfect, the waiting area and exam rooms were clean, inviting and very nicely decorated. The staff were superb, the ladies at the front desk both of the human and canine verity were extremely welcoming and had me placed in exam rooms before I could even sit down. Dr Martinez and Olga were fantastic, great bedside manner, explained everything very concisely, very thorough and handled boris with great care and kindness he was purring the whole time he was with them. As if the experience so far wasn’t good enough I also found their pricing to be extremely reasonable and they made it clear what was included with our visit and if there was anything extra required they would ask for my permission first, no surprise tests or procedures that racked up a huge bill unlike many other vets. Whilst I hope I never have to bring one of my other cats here I can wholeheartedly say that god forbid one of them develops an eye issue I know where I’m going. This was most likely the best veterinary experience I have ever had and will be recommending this practice to all my friends in family god forbid they ever require a veterinary eye specialist. Also make sure to say hi to and give Ms Twixy in front some treats, she is goodest of girls.

Dr. Martinez was amazing! Working in the veterinary field myself, I know a good veterinarian when I see one. She explained everything in thorough detail, was very gentle with my boy who was uncomfortable with his eye being touched, and the options were clearly explained. It is very hard to find a veterinarian who you can trust, and Dr. Martinez is definitely one of them.

Happy Pet Eyes took amazing care of my Mona. Dr. Martinez and her entire team were caring, professional, attentive, and quick to respond. They took the time to answer all of my questions and truly made me feel that Mona was in good hands throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the level of compassion and communication they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary eye care.

I cannot recommend Dr. Martinez enough! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she is also one of the most compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever met. She recently opened her own practice, and it already reflects her dedication to excellence and love for animals. My dog, Sofia, had severe cataracts, and we were so worried about her vision and quality of life. Dr. Martinez truly rescued her eyes. From the very first consultation, she explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and made us feel safe. I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Martinez skill, precision, and kind heart. If you’re looking for a veterinary ophthalmologist you can fully trust, Happy Pet Eyes is the place to go. The entire staff at Happy Pet Eyes is hands down the best pet care team I have ever had, spanning multiple cities. I frequent their office with my beagle, and every time I’m there, I truly feel like I’ve known these people my entire life. They are friendly, informative, personable, attentive, and genuinely supportive of you and your pet’s needs. I have been seeing them for several months prior to this, but my dog needed an enucleation from to a severe case of glaucoma in one of his eyes. What could have been a stressful and emotional day turned into a surprisingly positive and easy to navigate experience because of the warm and caring atmosphere they create. I’d trust them with my pet’s care time and time again. Buster and I love you all, Nicole, Olga, Dr. Martinez, and the rest of the staff. Thank you for taking such good care of us! You guys are the best.
