I took Lulu for all her puppy shenanigans to this clinic. I was always treated with kindness and so was my Lulu. She loved going there because of all the yummy treats the girls would give her. No wait time. Very professional personnel. Even tho I lived over an hour away I did not mind the drive just to get the best care for my pet.

I really liked this vet, but I am rating them low. The reason for one star is the fact that when I called them the lady that answered did not speak English and put me on hold, never to pick up the call again. I think that is unprofessional and I am very unhappy with that. It ruined my view of the entire practice.

I have been taking my pets to Dream Lake Animal Hospital for 30 years. My babies have ALWAYS received quality care and I consider Lucy and Dr. Hernandez family. The clinic is clean, smells good, not like most vets, and the staff are very caring. I receive follow up calls to check on how their patient is doing and I am reassured that if we need anything to just call. I am so grateful to have a vet who cares so much for the families who trust them with caring for their pets.

I’m very happy with their attention, I’ve been taking my dogs here for years now. Dr.Hernández is great and very compassionate. I love the staff, they’re amazing people! Specially Lucy, she’s very sweet with my babies!
