I highly recommend this vet. I went there for the first time today, with my very fearful doggy hoping to have a good experience. My pup was abused as a baby and even though she's very friendly she doesnt trust easily. From the moment i entered Chewy Vet Care, the staff welcomed us with so much love and care. Brianna was super nice with my dog and gave her treats and kisses. Ricky also played with her and even took a picture of her to put her on the wall. They made us feel like family. Dr Santos and Anika were so patient with my dog. They recognized her fearful behavior and immediately sat down on the floor to play with her, giving her treats and love until she felt more comfortable around them. They were so good to her! It surpassed my expectations. Right when we were leaving they gave my dog a bag of goodies and made her feel special too. Here's a picture of her playing with the plushy and another of the wall where they display their pups. I loved it.

We usually go to the Plantation location but they were booked, so we made the trip to Aventura. Every single person was so friendly! Excellent service and very clean. They were so sweet and gave Snoop some welcome toys and also called a couple days later to check on him. Definitely recommend :)

Everything was amazing! From the first interaction with Ricky to Dr. Artemis and Gabby in the room. The whole team was kind, informative and fun! We loved our visit at aventura and look forward to staying with chewy vet care forever. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my fur babies. We even got some fun treats and a frisbie! 💕

So excited that chewy vet care finally opened in our neighborhood my dog Penelope has found her new care provider! Received outstanding service the minute I walked in the door - from the front office staff to Erica the tech that assisted us and Dr. Santos, who was very thorough and informative. Love it here!

I cannot recommend Chewy Vet Care in Aventura highly enough, especially after the incredible support they provided during a recent pet emergency. Last week, my baby Nara’s ingested a credit card, and the team sprang into action to help. From the moment I called, they were super helpful. Nurse Jennifer was outstanding, giving me crucial instructions over the phone and immediately helping with last-minute scheduling and providing emergency room recommendations when it was clear we needed immediate care. This level of calm and expert assistance during a panic was invaluable. The care provided by Dr. Santos and Nurse Ana Maria was truly incredible. They took such loving and professional care of my baby, and I felt completely reassured knowing they were in the best hands. The entire team was amazing, providing seamless, compassionate service. I also want to thank Nurse Jennifer and Dr. Artemis for their previous excellent care. It is clear that the commitment to patient well-being runs through every member of the clinic.
