I called for an initial visit the receptionist at the front desk was sooo rude she picked up the phone and said “we are a bit busy how can I help you?” With a rude tone Mind I you I said hello good morning. I just told her nevermind and hung up.

Love this place. Staff is amazing... Doctor is next level caring and very sweet and knowledgeable. Their prices are CRAZY affordable compared to other Animal Hospitals. I think it's because they care more about getting people to take appropriate care for their animals with affordable pricing instead of charging high prices like other animal places.

I've been going to Bild for probably twenty years, have taken many, many of my own pets plus animals that I've come across that have needed some care. My entire family counts in the consistency that Bild offers. You can go there and be assured that you're gonna get quality care and not end up spending thousands of dollars. Pricing is extremely fair, Dr. Shock is amazing!!! The whole staff rocks :) Stephanie and Amanda are wonderful. Always a good time with lots of laughs and A++++ care. It's kind of like a little family every time I go there I meet a new best friend.

THIS is the place to go for your pets. The vet knows EXACTLY what he’s doing and the receptionist is so nice. It’s clean and the way they respect you and your pets. I recommend this place to all my family and it’s the only one my dogs have ever gone too.
