My dog Max had a very good experience with his treatment .The only thing they need to work on is help people in need not everyone can afford high pet bills when they are struggling. But the care was really great

I have been using Banfield’s services for a long time, and I can’t thank them enough for the exceptional care they provide to my beloved golden retriever, Luna. From day one, they have taken all my concerns seriously, always showing professionalism, empathy, and dedication. Luna absolutely loves her doctor, and that gives me great peace of mind knowing she is in the best hands. The Banfield team goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding care, treating both pets and their owners with kindness and respect. I’ve been coming here for years but this had been by far the absolute worst experience with this location. My dog was scheduled for an annual teeth cleaning and shots and was told to come between 7:15-7:30am. We arrived on time but the facility was locked and employees did not show up until almost 8am, making me late for work now due to their tardiness which is unacceptable. During drop off, they told me my dog would be ready for pickup after 2pm and they would give me a call. Hearing nothing at 2:50, I called for an update. They said she was delayed in her procedure because of the disorganization and tardiness from the morning and was now waking up. She would also need about 3 hours after waking up for monitoring so to come at 6pm. I would have not know any of this information if it was not for me calling originally. Now on my way for the 6pm pick up, they give me a call and ask me if I am on the way to pick up my dog. Confused, I said of course and I provided the information they gave to me. The employee told me that was actually ready for pickup hours earlier and did not know where that information came from. I am very upset with this lack of communication and will now plan to move her to another location if this persists.

From our very first visit onto our emergency needs, the staff at Banfield esp. (Andrea whose the best hands down).!!!! Informative, assertive, and possesses a hands on genuine caring soul. This is the new location where Doctor Chavez has moved to. She is a great veterinarian and has years of experience. I would highly recommend taking your pet to see her. She's very caring and a great professional. I've taken you can my 4 dogs to her for the last 5 years.
