MVS Animal Clinic has been absolutely incredible in helping my dog regain mobility after paralysis. When we were going through one of the most stressful experiences imaginable, their team gave us real hope and, more importantly, real results. The acupuncture treatments combined with red laser therapy have made a remarkable difference. We’ve seen steady improvement in strength, movement, and overall comfort, and most importantly, our dog is now walking again. Watching that progress has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in the wellbeing of their patients. They took the time to explain the treatment plan, answered every question, and treated our dog with genuine care and patience throughout the process. I’m beyond grateful to MVS Animal Clinic for helping give my dog quality of life back. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for advanced, supportive care and a team that truly cares.

My last vet told me my dog had six months to live this is right after my grandma passed because she has stage 2 heart murmur and then told me she would no longer be our vet because I got upset when the vet would not return my call when I had questions about the extra charge for a procedure that I didn’t understand. Here I understand and she explains everything the entire staff is amazing! My dog and I are in a much better and safer place. I feel we get better care with more knowledge!

PLEASE READ!!! called this veterinary clinic simply to ask about pricing, and the experience was one of the most unprofessional/ creepy phone calls I have ever had. The person who answered identified himself as the manager. Almost immediately, and completely without reason, he began making inappropriate comments and whispering things such as, “You don’t have the money for your cat’s mouth.” The strange part is that I was actually calling about a dog, which he didn’t even seem to understand correctly. I informed him that the conversation was being recorded, yet he continued making bizarre and unprofessional remarks while whispering throughout the call. The entire interaction was unsettling, uncomfortable, and far below the level of professionalism I would expect from a veterinary office. What made the situation even more concerning was that after the call ended, I received a call from a No Caller ID number. Given how strange and unprofessional the previous conversation had been, this felt extremely unsettling and inappropriate. I have kept a recording of the conversation. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable entrusting my pet’s care to this clinic. I strongly encourage others to consider this before choosing this practice. Hannah Jelinek

Dr. Neidermiller has been our vet for 4 years now. (Tried 4 other vets in area before we learned of her). We have 3 Great Danes. Everyone I recommend her to loves her care and compassion. She never over prescribes tests or meds. Andy, the Vet assistant is gentle, kind and with her for a longtime. Lee does an amazing job running the office and fielding many calls from concerned pet parents with kindness and professionalism.
