Pet Angel was truly a blessing during one of the hardest moments of my life. Saying goodbye to my baby was incredibly difficult, but their compassion, kindness, and professionalism made the process so much more peaceful. I want to thank Pet Angels for all they have done for my dog Max, he was not only my pet but he was part of my family. I was so amazed how they packed everything so beautifully in the blue bags and the urn with his name, year he was born and the year he passed. This has been one of the hardest moments losing my baby. Love the chain urns that I got for my kids and can’t wait to see my heart paw print pendent. I will recommend Pet Angels 100% to anyone that has lost a pet. Thank you again

Sadly this is the second time in almost 1 year that I have used Pet Angel Memorial Center to assist in the most vulnerable, painful moments of losing my precious Baby Boys, Luca (September 2025) and now Niko (August 2026). At Pet Angel, they take the utmost care in guiding you through the cremation process, along with setting up a beautiful quiet space for viewing and to say your last goodbye. It is the most heart-wrenching experience to say goodbye to your beloved baby, at least for me, since these were my babies, but they make it a beautiful honorable peaceful experience. They have a variety of options to honor your babies in their final resting place, along with incredible keepsakes that will last forever. I cannot thank the staff enough at Pet Angel Memorial in how much compassion they show while guiding you through the process, never rushed or felt like your baby didn't matter. While this is a very painful moment in time for anyone who loses a precious baby, I would highly recommend using Pet Angel Memorial to assist you to get your baby to their final resting place in piece.

I have no words to express my gratitude for this company. They were so caring and treated me with so much love and respect. I lost my beautiful fur-baby, Smokey. He was my soul dog and they understood that. Felicia, and Emma were absolutely extraordinary. Felicia called to verify the information, and was so respectful of my pain. She also called me to advise me of when my baby was going to go back to the vet's office. Emma was also very helpful in giving me information about the time of arrival of my boy. His cremation was done with so much love, and professionalism, and it took only 7 days to have my baby back home. His pawprints were made in perfection. Thank you so much for all the love and care received during this difficult time. I really recommend this place 💯 Thanks so much for all you did for my Smokey.

Emma was quick to answer the door and was incredibly friendly and empathetic to the loss of my cat. All contents of the package I purchased were in pristine condition and nicely contained in the tote bag. We appreciate your excellent service and care of our departed fur-family. Thank you!
