Losing my beloved 16-year-old dog was the hardest decision of my life. She meant everything to me, and her comfort in her final moments was my absolute top priority. We cannot thank the this team enough for saving our little girl!!! After a very scary night and an overnight stay, she is finally home and doing so much better. She took a long nap today and woke up back to her crazy, happy little self and we are beyond grateful. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so caring, compassionate, and reassuring. You truly helped put our fears at ease during one of the scariest moments we’ve had as pet parents. She is the baby of our three, and we would be absolutely devastated if anything ever happened to her. Thank you for the incredible care, kindness, and attention you gave her. You treated her like she was your own, and that means more to us than we can express. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for our baby. 💜🐾

I brought 2 dogs in this place. One was several years ago and got very good, kind treatment. The 2nd dog I brought it was a week ago. He was 18/19 years old. The vet was very friendly and informative. Gave me 2 options and neither was any good. I had to put my guy down. I can’t keep him on strong pain meds & no ability to walk. They were compassionate people and I’m happy I chose this place even if i didn’t get the outcome I wanted. They still gave me a choice to try but that would be selfish of me to do. Just to buy me a couple months at best.

I cannot even begin to explain the horrific experience I had with this place this morning . I took my 12 1/2 year old dog there for an emergency. When I got there, I was told they were short staffed and the vet was in surgery (apparently) and may not be able to see my dog. Meanwhile, my dog is disoriented, panting, cannot walk, and leaning to the left side. What is the point of being an emergency vet if you're not going to see an emergency? One of the technicians came outside with a gurney, and acted like I was disturbing her because she had a huge attitude about having to help me get my dog out of the car, no sympathy , nothing!! The dr glanced at her and came in to tell me that she wouldn't be able to work her up because they were "too busy". She didn't look like she was in surgery at all by the way she was dressed. She said she could give her meds to relax her and that I could bring her back at 5 pm (11 hours later) She told me that my dog had an ailment without even doing a work up on her. When I asked her how she knew without doing a full work up, her answer was, "i see this regularly". Well, there are more ailments associated with my dogs symptoms than just that, so she really had no idea because she didn't want to work her up! I told her to just give her the meds and when her regular vet opened, I will be taking her there. These women that were working there was so uncompassionate and they sent my dog home with me the same way she came in. That same tech that brought her inside was the same one that was bringing her outside and again, was as nasty as could be and gave me an attitude once again! She shouldn't be working there if she has zero compassion for animals or the people bringing them in! When I figure out where to report her for her behavior, I will be doing just that! No one in there cared about her health at the time. If I could rate this place a zero, I would!! Stay away from this place!! I paid almost $300 for NOTHING, but to see my dog in the same manner as she was when I brought her there!! I wound up having to euthanize my dog because she was worse off when I got her to her regular vet! EDIT: I had called to report what happened and was told that the Manager wasn't in and I would receive a call back. I briefly explained to someone named Angie (if that was even her name) what happened and she told me that I should have called first before showing up! Who is thinking about calling when your pet is having an emergency! You are after all, listed as an EMERGENCY Vet I was appalled by that response! Manager Michelle finally contacted me and was very rude to me and actually had the audacity to condone the behavior of her staff! Putting words in my mouth, telling me what happened when she wasn't even there! This place should be shut down because there's no compassion here! Do yourself a favor and please take them to another emergency vet! They DO NOT care about your pets wellbeing or health!
