Doctor Crafton is amazing! Our baby Milo's ears have been bothering him and we haven't been able to afford any local vet! Doctor Crafton and his staff were so patient, professional and kind! Our family highly recommends Doctor Crafton as he was compassionate and ensured the visit would be affordable and effective. He was direct and made sure we understood the issue while explaining the various treatments and the costs associated with each treatment. They do not sneak charges or tests like our past vet experiences. Honestly, our family is so grateful for East West Veterinary Care Center! Not one person made us feel unwelcome. They tested us like family though it was the very first time. The entire experience took about thirty minutes altogether and everybody was so kind to us and our babies. There is no place I would recommend more than East West Veterinary Care Center for your furry family! Update: Only 2.5 hours later and Milo is feeling better

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Emily for a while and she’s absolutely amazing! I boarded my boys for a week, last week and they were so well taken care of(they even got a spa day, the shampoo makes them smell so good!). The staff is so friendly and are always so good with my dogs even though they can be a handful. It’s nice having peace of mind that my boys are going to be well taken care of while I’m gone. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Crafton and his staff are so professional, patient, kind and effective. Our family was struggling to find a vet in the area that would not rip us off and after about 15 quotes we decided to try East West Veterinary Care Center. We arrived about 3 minutes before our appointment and we were met with such kindness we were taken back. The whole process took less than an hour and literally every staff member was kind and professional to our whole family. I can't stress the point enough that this facility is wonderful and the staff is amazing. We were treated like we have been coming to them for years though it was our first visit. Doctor Crafton took the time to clearly explain our babies problem while explaining the differences in the different treatments. Our pup is already feeling way better and we highly recommend East West Veterinary Care Center!

We had to put our soul dog, Bud, to sleep due to cancer. We weren't prepared for it. Dr. Emily and her staff were the kindest, most compassionate group of people to us. They cared for our 3-year-old son while we said goodbye. He will never forget "saving the alligator because he had a boo-boo". The nurses cried with us when he said goodbye to our boy. They made an incredibly painful experience thoughtful and truly took our babies life seriously. Once we got his ashes back, they gave us a concrete paw print of him, which we never expected - it was a true act of love and kindness. We will never take our babies to another vet. We have been taking our dog to East West Veterinary Care Center for several years and the staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful. Our dog also stays for boarding very often and she loves it there! We highly recommend them!
