I gave 4 stars due to the amazing work they do here to shelter, etc. I did not understand the neutering process. Not that it was hard to understand, but that the process could be easier. To leave your pet in the car to fill out pages of forms is ridiculous. I had to leave my truck running, for it was 90• outside. Then return to your vehicle for them to call you 30 seconds later? Luckily I have remote start to lock my vehicle. My pooch was so excited, didn't know what was in store 😆. The staff was nice. Have to give an update after 3 days.

"RUDE RUDE RUDE! It's baffling why they have such unpleasant people working the front desk, except for the woman with long red hair. The other two were horrible! They lost our application three times, gave us a rushed time frame to see the two bonded dogs we were considering adopting, and the woman made us feel like a bother every time we visited. After deciding to adopt, we were told we'd get a discount, but when we went to finalize, the front desk clerk somehow added $100, bringing the total to $600, despite agreeing on $489. She even argued with my husband about the price. After the hassle, we told them just forget it and left. The only staff members who seemed to care about the animals and were pleasant were Kaitlyn and the dark-haired girl with her. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior ruined the dogs' chance at a great home. I hope management replaces these rude people.

We visited for the first time on a very busy Saturday so we were there about an hour before being called but we didn't mind the wait. We were there to adopt 1 or 2 cats and were in luck as they had a bonded pair of siblings. The staff were very knowledgeable about each and every animal and could tell us anything we asked, which was very refreshing and helped up immensely in deciding that the pair were a good fit for us. We were able to take them home that day and they are already making themselves at home. We are very pleased with our experience and our new furry family members Nick and Jess. Definitely recommend.
