Our rescue has used vetco for years for microchips and bordetella updates, etc. Always been great, very handy! In the last month, we've had two appointments canceled same day. The last one when we got to the location! Vet said they had to go on their break, could I come back in an hour?? No we can't. Why do you even bother using an appointment system if you won't honor it? My appointment was at 1:25 and they said sorry we need to go on a break at 1:30. Store manager tried to help but his hands were tied. This was Torrington, CT. Terrible system, terrible attitude. Thanks for wasting our time.

I love this little petco, i frequent about once a month to get supplies for my animals. Its clean, cute animals, friendly helpful people. Almost took this little mini dragon home today.
