I switched from Naugatuck VCA to Prospect and it’s the best choice i ever made for my pets care!! The staff is very friendly & always answers your questions/concerns. The wait time is very short, and you can tell they genuinely care about your pets wellbeing. 100% recommend! ☺️

I love everyone here at Prospect Veterinary Hospital. They took care of many of my fur babies while I lived in Waterbury. We moved to Griswold for 9 plus years and moved back to Terryville. I made an appointment for my cat Lucky and I was surprised to see that they had all the files from my last 3 dogs I had when living in Waterbury. They are a very caring staff and go out of their way to make an urgent care appointment and then treat my pet, and myself, with the most loving care and consideration. Unfortunately Lucky passed from cancer and I can't begin to express the gentle care they gave her when she was euthanized. They comforted us and treated Lucky as though she was their fur baby getting ready to go over the rainbow bridge. They treat each appointment with much love and are so attentive to my pets. They now treat are new tabby Lex and he feels very comfortable with the staff.

All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Even though it was very busy at the time of our appointment, the doctor took time with my dog and had so much patience with her. Would definitely recommend.
