This dog groomer is TERRIBLE! We brought in pictures of a cut for our dog, she stood there glaring at us, saying nothing. She asked about mats and tangles, so we told her the dog is brushed thoroughly every day. 7 hours later, which I think is highly traumatizing amount of time for a dog with severe separation anxiety to wait in a cage, our pup came out COMPLETELY SHAVED from head to tail, aside from a tiny tuft of hair she left on the end her tail which looked absolutely ridiculous! 😡 I'm absolutely furious and I will never use her again. She shaved her out of spite!! THIS IS THE 3rd TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! WE GAVE HER 3 CHANCES. You just lost a customer of about 17 years. Seriously, guys. We were furious. Get rid of her! She's a mean-natured 🤬 whom I will never trust again.

Best vets in Norwalk, Dr. Chase is just great. Had I used them instead of Dr. Alvarez my dog would have not lost a kidney.
