I love this place! Dr. Valentino and her staff go out of their way to care for my Jaxon!! I have a Bull Terrier with severe allergies and they help him with such caring hands! They even get on the floor with him to keep him comfortable for tests!! I love them!!! I'm so happy I made a switch from another place that did not even come close to the caring this place gives!!

Dr. Valentino and her staff took great care of my 13-year-old kitty Belle when she was not feeling well. I was so relieved that everyone helped my beloved cat. Thank you so much! We'll be back soon for Belle's follow-up visit.

So happy I found a good Vet, Dr Valentino and her tech were very good with my boy, who had only 1 Vet his entire life. She explained everything and made some good suggestions about supplements and changing his food help with a few issues. I never would have thought about that on my own, so I am glad for her expertise.

We are so satisfied with Pond Point Animal Hospital. I’ve had to take our boy for several reasons such as diarrhea, annual shots, and skin issues. Each visit we are greeted with love and respect by the staff. The doctor is kind, knowledgeable and patience with all of my questions and during all of our follow ups. If I need to call or text, they promptly answer. I’ve been to 3 different practices in the area (searching for the best) and this is definitely it!

This is a remarkable veterinarian clinic. Really expert doctors. Julia Carter is extraordinarily talented. And I actually love the team. They are very caring and compassionate about the animals so I feel like I’m in excellent hands and would recommend them without reservation.
