I really can’t put into words how appreciative I am for these doctors and their entire staff. Whether it’s my cats or my sugar gliders they have always been on point, caring, quick, efficient and sympathetic. I am grateful to everyone in that building. They have always gone above and beyond for my family. Even in situations above their expertise Dr. Kraut has still done his best to assess the situation and give me his best advice. I cannot recommend them enough for any animal needs. They have done so much for my family, I am so appreciative of that staff. I can’t recommend them enough. Prices, needing a emergency appointment, meds, appointment times, returning calls, notifying us of situations immediately, answering questions, crisis situations, being sympathetic…. They’ve done it all for us.

They are always great. If I need files faxed to the groomer or kennel, they always get it done. Both the doctors are very helpful and compassionate. When I call for an appointment they often ask who I want to see, and I am always happy with either. I know when I go I am getting the best care in the area for my fur babies.

2nd: If you EVER need a great vet at seriously affordable prices, that actually cares about you and your pet and the relationship between you, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Dr Kraut at Litchfield Hills Veterinary Hospital in Harwington!! His entire staff is just amazing, He himself is amazing with animals, from big dogs and more to the tiniest hamster. They go above and beyond to make sure your pet gets the care they need, and make sure you can afford it. I would not EVER bring my pets to anyone else. Dr. Kraut knows what he is talking about and is there for you if anything changes after a visit, you just have to call him. So awesome and so very nice. I Love that place!!!! Thank you guys for everything you do!!
