The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I have never experienced an issue with Dr. Foccacia and any urgent issues that I encountered with my dog he would be seen the same day. I’ve since moved from Berlin to Newington and Silver Lake Animal Hospital will remain my pups go to veterinary care. They were also very comforting when my Shih-poo passed away recently.

The Vet was awesome and took care of my dog with dental problems. His sympathy towards my toward was very warming. His prices were much lower than those in the area. Thank you!

Lady at the desk was nice, but the vet was extremely rude and cold towards not only us but our dog too (he even displayed annoyance towards my dog when she was nervous) then we were rushed out of the room by him after a less than ten minute visit. NEVER coming back. This vet clearly doesn’t care about animals, and my pet deserves better.

The rudest vet I’ve ever been to or known! He acted like he was so bothered to answer basic questions we had like pricing. You would think he didn’t want clients. Why be a vet or work for one of you obviously hate everything about it. I don’t see how they can even be in business! Go anywhere else but there!

Dr. F is an interesting guy. Been coming here for over 10 years with both of my dogs, Flash and Capone. He is all business and takes care of your dogs needs. I was sad to see Kim get let go during COVID times, she was a great asset to this place as the vet technician. I really wish they kept her there since she was there for so long. 😕. Overall good vet.
