Lady at front desk never looked at me. I was on time for our dog's appointment, but our dog died in the car on the way there. Lady(using the term loosely) at front desk barks at me, "she'll be with you in a minute". She who? Finally someone asks to help, I loudly proclaim, " we're here for our dog's appointment, but she died in the car. Where do I take her now?" "Lady" at front desk doesn't bat an eye, but barks at me again without looking at me. A tech tells me about crematorium, and we leave. Hey "Lady"you and I will meet again....
