Today we went in for an individual cremation for our puppy. I had called ahead to get all the information I needed for the drop off. At the time of the calls the nice lady on the phone from the wellness center had stated the higher end of the cost. I walked in, and the “manager” was rude, inconsiderate, and just flat out not sympathetic towards the situation. They did not weigh our puppy due to respect which I get, but after my partner said no he’s more 50 pounds she still charged us the higher price. Then as we are paying for the cremation, she claimed that the debit card that we handed her was not a debit. I work at a bank personally and not all debit cards say debit. I then proceeded to tell her that if she is going to charge us the 5 extra then charge it to an actual credit card. Saying goodbye to one of your puppies is extremely difficult, and having to deal with experience had made is more difficult

DO NOT GO HERE !!! It is dirty and disgusting, they do unnecessary tests that don’t work and have horrible bedside manner. Find a different affordable vet. I would never take my animal here again.
