They heard my concern when I called, they were able to get us in same day and when we arrived, The staff was very friendly. they assessed our dog very well and offered a care plan. I’m very very satisfied with this veterinary.

It's a rip-off. They make up appointments to charge you for not showing up. I recently took my little kitten to start his vaccination schedule. The first day was fine. They gave us an appointment for a certain day, but before the scheduled date, we received an email charging us for not attending on a date we weren't aware of, and they didn't give us any prior notice or reminder, even though they had promised to do so. When we arrived for the appointment, for which we had a printed confirmation, and tried to resolve the issue of the charge, which we felt was unfair, they still charge you no matter what. At that point, we canceled everything and we never want to go back there. I'm sorry, I don't recommend it, and we know we're not the only ones; we know of other clients who have had the same experience.

My yorkie needed to be seen asap they were quick and accommodating. The entire staff and vet were amazing! I will definitely be back and recommend their services. Thank you
