A few days ago I brought my 3 cats (2 elder boys and a younger female) to the Lyons Vet Clinic for the first time after moving to Colorado and was extremely pleased with the service, head to tail 😉 I got the appointment within 4 days of calling, and the receptionist was accommodating and friendly. The tech that collected info before I saw the veterinarian was clearly experienced in handling shy scared cats, and even cleaned my carriers after 2 of my kitties had an accident on the way to the clinic. The vet himself was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Never once pushed extra pricey care for the elder cats on the "threat" of them being old (which happened more than once in other places), and clearly laid out options and pros and cons. Last but not least, the final bill was absolutely reasonable, and honestly lower than what I was expecting. All in all, I could not be happier with my visit and I'm confident my kitties will have good care for as long as we're in the area!

It's rare to find a clinic that handles cats well and with care, but they do a terrific job here. Dr. Shea was wonderful, and clearly cares deeply about his work. These are the people you want to trust your critters with.

Dr Shea is excellent, we followed him from his last practice. The office is clean and very friendly. As an independent rather than corporate practice they take the time needed with your pet and aren't always trying to upsell things you don't need. They keep our old guy happy and healthy.

Lyons Vet Clinic is a very special and professional place for animals as well as those who love them. The atmosphere is centering and as comfortable as possible. I have been taking my pets to Dr Duncan off/on for 15 years, she has always been compassionate and skilled. Now Dr Shea has joined the team... this is such an excellent partnership! He brings equal skill, patience and passion. The front desk care team are top notch along with the vet techs. I adore seeing the "working dogs" hanging out in the space, grabbing a nap, greeting you with e perfect long nose Hello reminding us all CARE is the priority!
