These guys are incredible. And I mean incredible. so caring they care so much for Animals especially my animal, Houdini. they have gone above and beyond to accommodate for Houdini who has been injured on more than one occasion and each time they have got him in and seen him. First time visitor, but will definitely be my long term provider. My pup started showing pretty bad signs of a uti Sunday afternoon. It wasn't quite bad enough to pay the crazy urgent care fees, so I started calling everywhere first thing Mon Morning. Almost no one had a same day appointment available, or even in the next 48hrs (other than a Shady, wanna be trendy) place a few miles north of WellHaven... who I finally hung up on (see other reviews). WellHaven was open with their very reasonable pricing. I was certain my puppers had a uti, so i simply asked, im sure the Dr. will want to do a urine analysis, because my dog has all the symptoms of a uti. How much do you charge? Without hesitation, Karen said, it's $X amount for the check-up, if the Dr. thinks a UA is the right 1st step, it's $X amount in-house and $X amount if gets sent out. They had an opening at 3:30p the next day so I booked it, and asked Karen to please keep me in mind if there were any cancelations that day. Sure enough, about an hour later (right after I hung up on rooftop Bro-Vets), Karen called with a 2:30p cancelation. My girl is a sweetheart but gets very anxious at the vet from a bad experience during covid. Ismael, the VA was great and Dr. Lisa Hart was very calm and kind with my pup, while being very attentive and informative. Some busy vet clinics make the whole experience feel very rushed. That was definitely not the case with WellHaven. In the wise words of that stoney sk8er dude in Clueless... I give WellHaven two very enthusiastic thumbs 👍 up!

Formerly VetWerx on Park Ave, merged with WellHaven. Inexcusably bad job informing patients about the move. I had had a bad experience for years getting notifications of necessary vaccines and tests. For a monthly wellness plan including vaccines etc. there should be a better system keeping patients informed. After being a customer for well over 15 years, I finally took my business for my two dogs to a more conscientious vet.

Such an amazing clinic! Friendly staff, got me in quick and were incredibly helpful during an extremely stressful time for my kitty and I. The team never pushed things that weren't necessary and provided great care for my cat.

I love and trust this place for my dogs 🐕. Any recommendations that could help my dogs are always to other amazing vets! My belgian has very bad anxiety, like me lol, and this place helped me easy my mind with some medication 💊 for him I didn't even know that can be prescribed for animals too! They also always send me away with so much information to understand more about my dogs issues. Thank you 😊!
