How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Alpine Glenn Veterinary Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

This is the absolute best veterinary clinic. Dr.B is very knowledged and always straightforward with realistic expectations. This place is cost affordable in comparison to many other vets around. Phyllis, the receptionist, is always an absolute pleasure to speak with. My wife and I have been taking our 150lbs Drax here since he was a pup.

Favorite Vet ever. He addresses the patient and us with kindness, knowledge, and respect. When our babies have gone under the knife, they are up and about in a short time and never with any complications. Thank you for being kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and accomodating.

They are very affordable, very friendly, not your typicall vet that wants to charge you a ridiculous amount of money. They are respectful and treat your pet like its their own. This is how a vet should be and I will continue to use them. Thank you both for the great work.

My cat started limping one day and we thought it was from the dog tackling her. Turns out it was a bone infection and you guys got her healed up in no time. Thank you for your help and being very attentive with my cat. Most affordable and kind vet I’ve ever been to!

A little over a year ago my S/O brought our cat in because we had feared he had swallowed something and that it had become stuck in his digestive system. We brought him in where he was quickly whisked off to xray. It appeared there may have been something in his stomach. Instead of doing an ultrasound to confirm that there was something and not just inflammation, they took him into surgery. After the surgery they find nothing in his stomach or intestines. We are then told that they have no reasoning for why he ended up sick or was throwing up. They then sent him home with antibiotics to help with the incision they had to make, a 3800 dollar bill and still absolutely no idea why our cat was sick. I do not recommend bringing your animal to this veterinary clinic if your animal is having life threatening symptoms.
