Most of our experiences here have been good. They care about animals and are very friendly. The front desk staff are always helpful. I wish the vets would coordinate more, because it can feel like you are starting from scratch when you see the vet who just happens to have an opening that day. It would be nice to hear that they read the chart and have a sense of what is going on with your pup when we start the conversation. That said, I have only had positive experiences with the vets, once they do understand the situation.

I trust VCA Firehouse with my pet's care. They listen to my concerns, get me in for an appointment quickly when needed and follow up to see how your pup is feeling after their visit. I think the VCA clinics are independent - so even though I have moved and there is one closer - I still go to this location. I have tried quite a few vet clinics. This one all-in-all is pretty top-notch. Very thorough and organized with getting me important information and details and explaining things to me.

I’ve taken my dog to VCA Firehouse for the last 3 years and he always receives excellent care. The vet techs are kind and knowledgeable while going over costs and initial health questions. The veterinarians take their time to examine my pup and review any questions I have. It is expensive but the staff is understanding and provide multiple treatment options. I highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve learned that what is good and bad vet, more professional and technical perspective. I used to give a review based on their attitude and behavior (because I’m not an expert in vet), but now I understand what is a good vet. VCA firehouse is really really great. Not only their attitude but also their professionalism. All doctors and technicians are very knowledgeable and staff members are so nice. Highly recommended!
