Update 06/22/2023- this VCA is still great. The front office staff is really professional and patient. They seem to genuinely care. Dr. Obert is really kind to all of my dogs, but I especially appreciate her being nice to Millie as she is really high energy.

I really appreciate Dr.Brownlee she has done great with all of my animals! She makes the vet experience less stressful because she is always cheerful and super helpful!

I took my kittens in for their first health check, and everyone there was awesome. Adawnous was great with the kittens. He took the time to learn the names of all 4 kittens and how to tell them apart because they have similar markings. Everything was explained carefully, and Mama, babies, and I had a happy 1st experience at the vet.

Dr. Brownlee was fully amazing. Our sweet little one Nelly did NOT have a good experience at her last as they had no clue how to handle fear/stress in patients. It was very obvious Dr. Brownlee was putting in extra effort before the appointment and during making sure Nelly felt as safe and comfortable as possible. This helped SO MUCH. We were so anxious about taking her in. It was a night and day difference from her last vet appointment. She was definitely still fearful but oh my gosh she did so much better thanks to Dr. Brownlee and Betty. Cannot extend enough gratitude for taking care of one of two things we value most…we have two dogs :). Dr Brownlee and Betty were extremely patient, informative, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It feels like they truly understand the importance of protecting the bond between pet and human. THANK YOU!!!
