I was initially worried we would have a hard time transferring our dog’s care to a new veterinarian, but we had an amazing experience with the team at this GoodVets location. The doctor was able to get us in quickly to be seen for what ended up being a urinary tract infection, and they had gotten us a medication plan by the end of the day. The staff was friendly and competent, and I so appreciated them making us feel comfortable and cared for given my dog’s chronic health problems. I’m thankful to be seeing Dr. Hess for her care from now on!
