I’ve been taking my dog Daisy here for 2 or 3 years now. They may be a bit pricier than our previous vet but they are great and kind! Daisy saw Dr Stevenson last weekend and she was so nice and gentle with my senior dog. Yesenia is so sweet as well, she sat on the floor with Daisy so she didn’t scare her. They really care about their patients!

We've boarded our 2 dogs at Bear Valley multiple times and have had a GREAT experience! Both of our girls are actually excited when we arrive, and we feel so secure knowing they're boarding at a vet clinic. I've seen other boarding places that look/feel like 'doggy jail' and that is NOT the case here! We get photos and repots from the staff, and always feel/know that our pets are in very good hands. The options for extra treats, extra walks, and the comfy accommodations are second to none. In fact, we're now shifting to have all of our veterinary care needs taken care of at Bear Valley! Highly recommend!

Matt and his entire boarding team once again exceeded our expectations! Kenzie & Cooper always have a blast at the resort and we know they are in great hands with the staff. This allows us to have peace of mind so we can enjoy our holidays away from our kids.

This place is a scam. They failed to obtain my pup’s veterinary records after I provided my previous vet’s contact info 3 times prior to my visit. They the tried to charge me an additional $80 for a second visit after THEIR failure to obtain my dog’s vaccine history, when they assured me they would take care of it and I didn’t need to do anything myself. After their failure to obtain my dogs records, I took matters into my own hands and easily obtaining my dogs records with a singular

Just got off the phone where I told them for at least the third time I’ve switched vets. Hopefully this time sticks. I was aware they were expensive but after my last visit I won’t be going back We went in for an annual and once we were finally seen (30-40 mins after our appointment time) they ordered a number of tests but were having trouble getting my dog to stay still which has never been an issue for him. The aide was clearly newer and even the vet was clearly annoyed with her lack of control over the situation. I decided not to come back after having the vet look at a spot on my pup, she wanted to test it so I agreed to the biopsy. The aide couldn’t get my dog to stand still but clearly had no experience doing so because her solution was to put her knee on my dogs throat. I quickly stopped this and held my dog myself so they were able to get the biopsy. The results came back inconclusive yet the vet came in to tell me it was likely cancer, that my pup would need surgery asap, and then left the room pretty quickly while I’m there crying. I walked out to the lobby and was told my annual exam was $500 and that I also needed to put $1,000 down on the surgery that needed to happen asap. But then when scheduling the surgery they booked us like a month out and I was told I couldn’t put down the deposit later. In that month period I went and got a second opinion which came back negative for cancer. My dog still had the spot so I wanted to get it removed until right before the surgery when I was told they would need up to date blood work for an additional $300 because so much time had elapsed since his last blood work (at their scheduling). I cancelled the surgery and had to call back a few times to get my deposit back. Not once did any one ever ask how my dog was feeling or if he was going to get the surgery elsewhere. This was over a year ago and I’ve told them multiple times I am no longer a customer. I get that they have to make a profit but ever since we switched (and we went to a more corporate location) I’ve saved money and my dog is healthier than ever plus I can feel the compassion at our new place.
