How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Carbondale Animal Hospital
Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance

Just had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bonnie. Syd gave me an awful scare this morning when I realized he couldn't pee, thinking it was a Urinary Block which is fairly common for male cats, and can pretty deadly if it's not caught quick enough. They let me bring him in as soon as I could. Turns out, it is some sort of UTI and we've got him on some kitty drugs and antibiotics to take care of it. The staff was so kind and offered me great advice and kindness. So happy my kitty is okay, and so happy to find a wonderful vet out here in the meowtains.

Dr Ben is the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. All the girls are really nice as well and treat my puppies like their one. You know you love your vet when you are bummed that your significant other has to take your dogs to their appointments.
