Paul went above and beyond to keep my 3.5 month English bulldog alive, I brought her in bc she was struggling to breath. Diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia.. He is just not in it for the money he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff are super friendly and caring. The prices are super reasonable. You just have to be patient because they are super busy. This will be my go to hospital and will recommend it to any of my family and friends.

Dr Paul is the best. Because of his kind spirit I continue to take my pets here. Dr. Ault is a great asset to this office and we specifically ask to be given appointments with her because she is very knowledgeable, patient, and explains every question you can possibly have and gives you resources to better help your pet. I highly recommend this office.

I went in just to ask if they provide the 4 in 1 booster for my kitty. The chick in the front office didn't know so she goes to ask the vet assistant in the back office. When they both come out they had nooo clue what I was talking about so I tried to explain it the best I can but again they were clueless and advised me to just wait for the vet to come in the next few minutes, which is fine. then the girl in the front office said we require a physical for $60+ and I explained to her that I don't need all that I JUST need the booster, she was like well it's mandatory. I was like okay no worries, thanks ✌✌ I'll rather just go down the hill and pay $25 at the humane society lol

I had an appointment at 3:15. The puppy was not seen until 4:15, and that's because I went out and told the front desk EE how much longer. I asked the doctor a question when he came in, and he just ignored me. I have to go back only because I purchased the puppy pack for 225, which is my puppy shots for the year. Otherwise, I would not go back.

5 stars is not enough, they care and it shows from the way Dr's communicate with you. I've never felt this level of care from a vet until now. Paul is amazing and so very human when relaying good or bad news. My baby Shayla is in the best hands with Ark Animal Hospital.
