This place is amazing. They’re very caring they take care of your dog. I highly recommend this place the staff, the doctor, Dr. Anush, is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable. She takes her time she listens to you. She explains everything thoroughly. I love her she’s amazing. I definitely recommend this pet Hospital. You will not regret it. Thank you for taking care of my doggies. And recently she recommended that my dog, my German Shepherd see a neurologist, so she recommended Access pet hospital in Woodland Hills. I am so glad that I went to see Dr. Anush my German Shepherd ended up having spinal surgery. She is doing much much better. She is recovering but if it wasn’t for Dr. Anush my dog would’ve been worse. Most likely would’ve been paralyzed. Bella is doing amazing I highly recommend taking your pets to AloroPet Hospital and definitely Dr. Anush is the best I’m sure they’re all the best at that hospital but my experience with Dr. Anoush is amazing.

These guys take great care of my young cat. We took him in after adopting him from the animal shelter and the vets there answered all our questions to ensure we took care of our cat's needs. They also are great about answering phone calls (sometimes it does take a bit for the vet to answer) but as a new cat mom I was concerned about anything and everything abnormal and the employees there were able to answer any questions I have, or make a note for the vet to address when they were able. Highly recommend this vet!

They’re always really nice and take care of my dog well. A couple flaws is that it’s very expensive and if you have a small question they usually say that you’ll need to schedule an appointment to get it checked out. Also some receptionists are rude. Other than that they’re good.

It's always nice to find a vet that is frank and honest with the prognosis and treatment options of your pet. I've been burned a few too many times by other options in the area turning every concern I raised into an opportunity to fear monger thousands of dollars worth of testing for every possible rare and unusual condition under the sun -- sometimes multiple times over, like they forgot what tests they had already ran. The staff at Aloro was kind, speedy, and open about my dog's breed, age, and risk factors. They presented options but never tried to scare or intimidate me into the most expensive ones, and charged a completely reasonable fee for their services.
