Today was my first visit with Dr. Washington and the nurse. I was extremely satisfied with the doctors examination. The place was clean, staff was very friendly and the doctor is a GREAT doctor. He took the time to examine my German Shepherd, and he was very honest about everything (unlike some vets that just want to charge) and just a really fun doctor to take your pet to. He was caring and did not rush u out. Although I understand, everybody needs to be paid for their services especially doctors, the only thing that we as pet owners ask for is honesty and reasonable charges. I would highly recommend this clinic and I’m pretty selective. :). Hey doc, thanks again :)

I was so grateful that I was able to get an appointment on such short notice, on Mother’s Day to boot! The staff and facility were fantastic and provided options without pressure. My normally very scared kitty didn’t freak out when we opened the carrier. It was like he knew he was there to get help. I highly recommend. This is a great addition to the community. The vet even texted the next day to check on him. My cat is on the road to recovery.

Dr. Washington and staff at Petsmart Vet are so kind and caring with my dog, Gandalf. They have taken care of Gandalf for many years, and have cured him of many stuck foxtails, tummy aches, and other ailments. Dr. Washington is thorough, understanding, and patient. I would highly recommend taking your pet here— we owe a lot to Dr. Washington and staff.

Our cat had eye irritation and discharge and she was clearly uncomfortable and it being the weekend meant waiting until Monday or a trip to the animal hospital. I remembered seeing at the PetSmart in Tujunga they have a veterinary service inside their store so I called. I was very happy they could see our cat same day on a Sunday. We were able to even get our cat's eye medication there when we left so she could start treatment right away. Definitely recommend the vet here Dr. Washington-Ball and the staff, they are all super nice and took great care of our cat.

Pleasantly surprised! Dr. Washington is so kind and thoughtful in his treatment of my cat and his explanations of what’s going on and possible treatment options. The entire staff also…super friendly. I think I found my new vet!
