The girls that helped me with my puppies vaccine were very nice and they made us feel good about being there. My son didn't want to hold his puppy because he didn't want to see him get poked but it was fast and easy.

I was there 8/31/23 @ 3:37 pm. I took my 2 pets for vaccines. We were out in 5mnts at the most. The ladies 3 of them did NOT weight them and to say the truth " I do not think my 2 cats were vaccinated". I kept an eye on my cats for side effects, but NOThiNg. Usually I feel where the needle leaves the bump, but nothing. I asked if i could go in with them, but i was NOT allowed. While waiting, I greeted the doctor, who is SuPER nice and stated she was going in to see them. The ladies were out with my 2 cats in a flash, while the doctor went in a different room. I don't think her staff DID " whaT they are suPpoSeD to do 😞. I will miss the veT, BUT I AM NOOOOT GOING BACk!!! Doctor please " monitor your STAFF closely"

Dr. S Lin is AMAZING!!! she is the best!! She is knowledgeable, we are so happy that we found this, gave us the right prescription for our dog allergies, we took our dog to even specialist and they never could gave us a good prescription but at Five Start she was able to gave us a diagnosis and medicine that worked really good on our dog.
