First time visit. Building was clean, the staff were very friendly and understanding. Not only did they remove foxtails from Buzz's nose but they also found one deep inside his ear canal amd removed that too. No hidden fees, price was cheaper than I anticipated. Wish they could be my dogs permanent vet and not only emergency.

Took very good care of my dog who had a nasty wound that needed surgery. They do take payment up front which was over 2 grand, I get it a lot of people walk out on the bill if they don’t. When the surgery went smoother than they had expected they refunded the difference, so that tells me their pricing is honest and fair. I would bring my animals back here any time.

I took my 11 year old chihuahua in on a friday night for bloating, difficulty breathing and lathargic. I was greeted at the door by Anissa the front desk girl, she was amazing so caring and handled my situation with ❤️ love. Benjamin was the tech who took Sonny and helped us thru the night, keeping us well informed and updated about our Sonny. Dr Case was also amazing handling our Sonny with care and love. If you ever have a animal emergency “god forbid” this is the place !! Amazing staff and clinic … 💯 percent would refer anyone here! Thank you All Creatures! Sonny is feeling better and back to his old self . Also this clinic is 💯 percent reasonable on pricing.

My pug Oliver was run over by a car and the doctors and staff at this hospital saved his life. I am so grateful to them. They took Oliver in right away and gave him the best care. He had two broken legs, broken ribs, and was having a very hard time breathing. The doctor on duty gave him the best care and medical treatment. He explained everything he was doing to calm me down and reassured they were doing everything they can to keep Oliver alive. They kept him overnight then he was transferred to Dr. Turner. Dr. Turner was amazing and found a surgeon right away to fix Oliver's broken bones. Oliver made a remarkable recovery and he's doing great now! I am so grateful to Dr. Turner and the doctors at All Creatures for saving my baby!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the most emotionally draining, unprofessional vet experience I’ve ever witnessed — and I wasn’t even the pet owner. My friend Candi brought her Frenchie to All Critters Emergency Veterinary Clinic in Stockton for urgent care. They took her dog to the back the moment she arrived and told her she’d be able to go with her once a room opened. That never happened. She was made to wait outside for over 2.5 hours, repeatedly knocking and asking for updates, only to be left completely in the dark while her dog sat crated in the back. When they finally let her in, she STILL didn’t see her dog — instead, they hit her with an $825 upfront demand just to run tests, even though no diagnosis had been given. She paid, terrified and desperate for answers. We waited almost 7 hours total — most of it in a hot car, and her in the lobby, still separated from her dog. She asked three different times to just get her dog back and go home. Every time, they refused, pushing bloated estimates including: Antibiotics “just in case” (no confirmed infection) Several other vague meds A overnight stay When we asked what the antibiotics were even for, the vet tech couldn’t tell us. She literally said “I don’t know, maybe something, just in case.” When we asked to speak to the actual vet, we were told they were “unavailable.” Only when I stepped in and told them she was declining everything and to release the dog immediately — did they finally hand her over. The dog was shaking, stressed, and clearly traumatized. And Candi? Exhausted and devastated. This place doesn't feel like an emergency vet clinic — it feels like a high-pressure sales room that preys on people’s love for their pets. There’s no compassion, no transparency, and based on what we experienced — no ethical compass. Do yourself (and your pet) a favor: Go anywhere else. All Critters should be ashamed of how they treated both animal and human here.
